Jacques Meyer-Director
Position Technical Director
About Jacques was Technical manager and an electrical control engineer at a FMCG company in Rosslyn. He was a member of the HACCP team and played a key role developing and implementing HACCP and was responsible for all CCP's in this plant. He completed all HACCP training and therefore brings this into his design principals. The ideas he comes up with is truly amazing. Jacques has 18 years experience in the Automation industry. His innovative ideas and out of the box thinking, ensures that customers can streamline their processes hassle free. Jacques holds an Engineering degree and various diplomas in Software and SCADA development. Jacques is certified to be a site supervisor, HIRA appointee and has completed a working at heights course. He is also a certified scaffold erector. All technical personnel report into Jacques.
Lynnette Swanepoel-CFO
Position CFO
About Lynnette joined ECI in 2015 as the CFO. She has strong numerical skills and served as a senior credit controller at Mars Inc, where she' worked for 8.5 years. She started off at Amka Products as an assistant accountant, overseeing the Forex division. She pursued this further at Clipsal SA, where she was the Accounts supervisor. Overseeing all local and overseas, as well as inter company accounts. Lynnette has a bookkeeping diploma and 18 years experience in finance. Lynnette has certificates for first aid level 1, legal liability and HR procedures.
Mike van Tonder-Senior project manager
Position Senior project manager
About Mike is a qualified instrumentation technician and has been with ECI since June 2019. Mike previously was site supervisor for Kairos, senior commissioning advisor for FBK and project manager for various other companies. Mike oversees the planning and budgeting of projects in collaboration with Lynnette.
Elzette Loots-Senior Procurement officer
Position Senior procurement officer
About Elzette has joined ECI in November 2017 and her tasks are to procure material and spares for projects. She also handles quotes being sent to customers. She was an assistant branch manager at Autocom for 5 years. Elzette has certificates for Level 2 first aider, Basic fire fighting and legal liability.
Stephen Meyer-Thabazimbi Site Manager
Position Site manager and electrician
About Stephen has joined ECI in January 2020 as Thabazimbi site manager and electrician. Stephen previously worked at MA Automotive as a robot technician for 4 years. Red seal. Diploma in fire fighting, first aid, forklift operator. Stephen's main responsibility is to oversee daily operations and installations.
Johan Allen-Site scaffold supervisor
Position Thabazimbi site scaffold supervisor
About Johan is a qualified tool jig & die maker. He worked for Lion match company as an artisan, quality control and acting foreman.. Johan currently runs the scaffold division and is a certified inspector and supervisor.
Steven Sithole-General assistant
Position General assistant Pretoria
About Steven started his career with ECI in 2017 as a gardener. However, he has shown a keen interest in the business' operations and we pulled him in on projects. Steven is on a huge learning curve and semi-skilled installation technician. Steven is a certified scaffold erector and has also completed courses with certification for the use of hand tools and power tools on site. He has also completed a working at heights course and working in confined spaces.
Hanna Selokela-Trustee and HR assistant
Position Trustee and HR Assistant
About Hanna has been with ECI since the beginning in 2014 and part of the furniture. She is a trustee on our Thabazimbi branch's trust and helps with daily HR administration.
Charles Mohlake-Electrician & site super
Position Site supervisor and qualified electrician
About Charles has been with ECI since June 2019. He moved to Thabazimbi and joined the team in the capacity as electrician-he has a red seal. Charles has proven his leadership skills on site and oversees the correct installation of electrical components and panel building
Clifford Rwodzi-Scaffold erector
Position Scaffold erector
About Clifford has been part of ECI since March 2018. He is currently a certified scaffold erector at our branch in Thabazimbi. Clifford is meticulous and very safety conscious.
Cindy Allen-Office administrator Thaba
Position Office administrator Thabazimbi
About Cindy has joined as recent as July 2020. She is overseeing the general administration of the Thabazimbi branch and helps with quotes. She has a proven track record at her previous company, where she was 10 years, establishing herself in a financial background.

About Amo has joined ECI in December 2019 as a general assistant. Amo is now a certified scaffold erector and works closely with Johan and Clifford.
Jack Maluleka-Apprentice Electrical
Position Apprentice Electrical Thabazimbi
About Jack has joined in 2016 as a general assistant and has since moved up the ranks. Currently semi-skilled electrician and will finish his studies in 2021.Jack is a certified scaffold erector and is the fire fighter on site. Jack is also certified to work at heights and in confined spaces. He holds a certificate for the use of hand tools on site as well.
Corrie Matjila-General assistant

About Well, what can we say? Corrie is actually retired, but refuses to sit idle at home. So...we keep him busy with odd jobs in and around the office in Thabazimbi. Corrie loves to nurture plants and his affection shows in every single action he executes. He holds a special place in our hearts.
Dave Wilson
Pretoria Branch Manager
About Dave has extensive knowledge of site supervision and project management. Dave drives installation to complete projects with excellence. He is responsible for managing the branch together with Mike and acquiring new projects. Involved in the day-to-day operations of ECI and handles all breakdowns.
